Data protection information
Information on the processing of personal data for those who transmit their personal data to Eurac Research. The following privacy statements are in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which, according to Article 13, provides for the obligation to inform data subjects about the processing of their personal data.
Rights of data subjects
All data subjects whose personal data are processed by Eurac Research may submit a request to exercise their rights pursuant to Article 15 and following of the GDPR.
All requests from data subjects to exercise their rights may be addressed to the data controller by e-mail privacy@eurac.edu, PEC privacy@pec.eurac.edu, fax 0471 055099, or by ordinary mail to the registered office of Eurac Research, Viale Druso 1, 39100 Bolzano, enclosing a copy of an identification document and any other documentation deemed necessary.
